Human Resources Director/Insurance Operations Manager

Charles has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry with an extensive background in group benefits including health, life, disability, and voluntary product options.  He engages with management on all aspects of the company’s insurance program.  As HR Director, Charles works very closely with our employees to address their needs and concerns in the workplace.  

In addition to being well-versed in the needs of employees pertaining to insurance and human resources, Charles is an active member in his local community, He serves as Chairman for the James Gabriel Memorial Golf Tournament and the Morgantown High Alumni Golf Tournament. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University.
