Terry Hayes

VP/Chief Operations Officer

Terry holds a degree in civil engineering and has been with the MCI Group since 2004. During his tenure here, Terry has worked in various management positions, including foreman, project engineer, and vice president. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer for the group of companies.

As Chief Operations Officer, Terry oversees the daily operations of the company that consists of 350-400 employees working in six states. He leads employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Terry plays a vital role in the design and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures; setting comprehensive goals for performance, growth, environmental, and safety compliance; and establishing policies that promote the company’s culture and vision. Terry evaluates the company’s performance by analyzing and interpreting data, metrics, and financial statements, and by maintaining a master company schedule.
